Position Summary

Marketing is at the core of our world and at the heart of where we make our decisions. Marketers understand the consumer and use that understanding to deliver growth by actioning relevant and impactful changes across key brand inputs.

The Senior Analyst will lead Miracle Whip’s strategy development and day-to-day execution, inclusive of forecasting business growth and trends, managing product launches and renovations, and identifying actionable promotional and/or merchandising opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will assist in the development and commercialization of marketing plans on the Kraft Mayo business. They will support Kraft Mayo with insights and analysis to better inform ideal strategic direction and opportunity.

Key Components of the Role

  • Lead the development of short- and long-term business and marketing plans for Miracle Whip.
  • Assist with generating insights, supporting annual planning development, and executing projects to drive growth on the Kraft Mayo business
  • Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and coordinate action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance).
  • Own driver-based business forecast modeling for Miracle Whip. Provide recommendations for business risks and opportunities across Miracle Whip and Kraft Mayo
  • Support and coordinate development of innovation. Provide insights that guide direction of innovation strategy.
  • Implement program execution and advancement of near-in commercialization, including new products, renovations, line extensions, and new merchandising vehicles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic customer programs
  • Coordinate and lead advertising and promotional budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
  • Accurate and timely reporting with motivation to improve and integrate processes
  • Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights
  • Operates independently and motivated by success
  • Strong leadership and committed to results
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to think outside-the-box, and turn those ideas into actionable plans
  • Experience with Nielsen or IRI is a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 – $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
